With MAKE IT SHAKE ™ you will get a unique Pilates instruction workout that activates slow twitch muscle fibers by working to find the point where you ‘shake’ through the movements at a slower pace to create leaner muscle development. At BE Fit, you can expect a 45-minute high intensity, but low impact workout which incorporates Pilates, cardio and strength training.
