MAKE IT SHAKE™ at BE Fit, where we redefine how Pilates moves your body. Classes combine Pilates foundations with strength-driven sequences and upbeat transitions that keep the energy flowing. You’ll work through holds, pulses, and intentional pacing that build strength and endurance.
Our evidence-based approach utilizes training principles like time under tension and controlled resistance. Slow and high-intensity resistance movements keep your body working from the moment class begins.
The pacing targets slow-twitch muscle fibers, which respond best to sustained movement. Staying with the tempo also helps you build deeper stability through your core, obliques, legs, and upper body.

You can schedule your class through our online booking system or the BE Fit app. Classes tend to fill quickly, so grabbing your spot early helps you secure your preferred time.
Yes. But to avoid penalties, please cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours before your class begins.
If you cancel or reschedule within 8 hours of the start time, or if you do not show up:
● Limited Membership Holders: You will lose the class credit used for the booking.
● Unlimited Membership Holders: A $25 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged.
No deposit is required. Your class or membership purchase is completed at the time of booking, and monthly memberships renew automatically until you update your account.
Come in comfortable activewear, and bring water and a towel. Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the equipment. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the front desk.
No. Booking ahead ensures we can keep class sizes small and focused so that you can enjoy plenty of space and personalized guidance. Please note that the reservation window closes five minutes before the start of class.
Please plan to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early. You’ll have time to check in, get familiar with the setup, and settle in before the workout begins.
Once class begins, late entry can disrupt the flow and compromise safety, especially when equipment is in use. For these reasons, we strictly adhere to these guidelines:
● New Clients: Entry is not permitted after the scheduled start time.
● Existing Clients: We can only permit entry up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. After this grace period, entry will be prohibited.
