BE Fit Modern Pilates is a twist, plank, and shake away from traditional pilates - Similar, but completely different. We make it shake with 45 minutes of Slow Resistance Training that will have you shaking by the end of class. Every class is a full-body workout that is HIGH intensity, but low impact.

This is one of the best Pilates studios I have ever been to! The instructors are passionate, kind and know when to push you and when to remind you to take a break. They are very knowledgeable and the music is always great. Highly recommend going!
Literally my favorite Pilates place. All the classes are challenging and fun. The studios are always clean and parking is good too.
My go-to for a lagree style Pilates class in the area! The instructors are challenging, the studio is clean and modern and the equipment is new and in good condition. Prepare for a tough workout! Parking is the easiest and it's in a great location. Can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a high-intensity Pilates workout!
I never knew Pilates could be this tough and I love it! Your muscles will tremble with each movement. I especially love the ab burn. Each instructor is different and the classes are fast-paced, but it is super easy to catch on. Highly Highly recommend!!
