Get Ready for the X-Perience

The X-Perience is BE Fit’s signature 45-minute workout: MAKE IT SHAKE™, a structured session that keeps things simple: move with control, stay with the pace, and let the work add up.

The training leans into slow, deliberate movement to tap into slow-twitch muscle fibers. It’s low-impact and designed to make you feel strong without being harsh on your joints, with cues that keep you aligned and consistent.

You’ll rotate through Pilates, cardio, and strength training in one class. There’s room to challenge yourself,or dial it back, and plenty of moments where the shake shows up, because you’re holding with intention.

No experience? No problem. If you’re starting Pilates in Long Beach, CA, for the first time or coming back to refine your practice, you’ll be supported from the first rep.

Book through our online booking system or the BE Fit app. Classes are small, so scheduling ahead is the simplest way to secure a spot for Pilates Long Beach Exchange.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before class. Changes made within 8 hours may forfeit your class or credit based on your membership type. A $25 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows.

No deposit is required. Payment is collected when you book, and memberships renew each month automatically unless you update them in your account.

Please bring a bottle of water and a small towel. You’ll also need grip socks for stability in class.

We don’t accept walk-ins currently. Please book in advance to reserve your place in class.

For your first class, arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, a quick studio intro, and setup before class starts.

For safety reasons, entry may be denied if you’re more than 5 minutes late. Arriving early helps you settle in before class starts.
