Join the X-Perience

Sign up for BE Fit’s X-Perience, 45-minute workout sessions built around MAKE IT SHAKE™. Movements are slow and controlled, with resistance that builds as the class progresses. It’s challenging work, but it stays manageable and doesn’t put extra stress on your joints.

Each session mixes Pilates-based movement with brief cardio and strength-focused segments. In some of the sessions, workouts may feel harder than others – and that’s part of the process. You may notice muscles shaking as fatigue sets in, especially in areas you don’t usually target. Pilates East 6th Street classes adjust with you over time, whether you’re new to Pilates or already active.

The easiest way to book is online through our scheduling system or the BE Fit app. Classes are small, so spots can fill up quickly. Booking ahead saves you the hassle of missing out.

Yes. If something comes up, you can cancel or reschedule as long as it’s done at least 8 hours before class starts. Anything inside that window may result in a lost credit or a fee, depending on your membership.

No deposit is needed. You’ll pay when you book, and memberships renew monthly unless you make a change in your account.

Water is always a good idea, and a small towel can be helpful. Grip socks are required for class since they help with stability. If you don’t have a pair yet, they’re available for purchase.

At the moment, walk-ins aren’t accepted. Booking ahead helps keep classes organized and ensures everyone has the space they need.

If it’s your first time, aim to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early. That gives you time to check in, get settled, and ask any quick questions before class begins.

For safety reasons, arrivals more than five minutes after class begins may not be permitted.
