The X-Perience is BE Fit’s signature MAKE IT SHAKE™ workout, a powerful 45-minute session that delivers results through intention and control. 

With slow, deliberate movements, it targets slow-twitch muscle fibers to create serious intensity without high-impact stress. Movements stay steady, controlled, and supportive of your joints. Each workout blends Pilates, cardio, and strength training for a full-body burn that builds stamina. Expect plenty of sweat, shakes, and progress you can feel.

Reserve your spot online or through the BE Fit app. Class sizes are limited, so book early!

Cancellations and reschedules are allowed up to eight hours before class time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $25 fee or loss of class credit.

No deposit is required. Payment is collected at the time of booking, and memberships renew monthly unless adjusted in your account.

Bring water, a towel, and grip socks to ensure comfort and stability throughout your workout. 

At this time, classes are reservation-only. Booking ahead guarantees your spot and supports a focused class experience.

If it’s your first visit, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we can get you checked in and ready.

Clients arriving more than five minutes after class starts may not be able to join.
