Frequently Asked Questions
Classes can be booked through our online scheduling system or the BE Fit app. Spots are limited, so we recommend reserving your session in advance.
Changes can be made up to eight hours before your class begins. Late cancellations or missed classes may result in a forfeited credit and a $25 fee, depending on your membership.
No deposit is needed. Payment is processed when you book, and memberships renew each month automatically unless you update your account.
Bring a water bottle and a small towel. Grip socks are also required for safety and stability during class.
Walk-ins are not available at this time, as we like to keep our classes small and personalized. Secure your spot by booking in advance.
New clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for a quick check-in and a brief studio overview.
For safety reasons, arrivals more than five minutes after class begins may not be admitted.
