Adjustments can be made up to eight hours before class. Late changes or missed sessions may result in a $25 fee.
No deposit is needed. Payment is completed at booking, and memberships renew monthly unless updated in your account.
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and grip socks to stay safe and comfortable.
All classes must be booked in advance to ensure a personalized experience.
Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we can get you checked in and comfortable.
Arrivals more than five minutes after the start time may not be admitted.
