You can reserve your spot through our online scheduler or the BE Fit app. Lower Greenville fills quickly, so booking ahead is recommended.
Yes. Make adjustments at least 8 hours before the start of class to avoid penalties.
Changes within 8 hours or missed classes result in:
- Limited Membership Holders: Loss of the class credit
- Unlimited Membership Holders: A $25 late-cancel or no-show fee
No deposit is needed. Payment is collected when you book, and memberships renew automatically unless you update your account settings.
Wear workout clothing and bring water. Grip socks are required for traction and safety — bring your own or grab a pair at the studio.
Walk-ins aren’t available. Scheduling ahead ensures your machine is reserved and helps us maintain small, focused classes.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class so you can check in and get settled on your machine.
Late entry is limited once class begins.
- New clients: We cannot allow entry after the scheduled start time.
- Returning clients: A brief 5-minute window may be available. After that, entry isn’t allowed.
